Do you offer an after-hours service?

Cape Equine Veterinary Services is available 24/7, 365 days of the year for any equine emergencies.

We are dedicated to our clients and are always contactable on 0467 485 976. If we don’t answer, leave us a voicemail with your name, number and your emergency, and we will call you back ASAP.

*Please note that after-hours fees apply to visits conducted outside of normal business hours, or on public holidays.*

Do you sponsor riders?

We choose not to offer sponsorship packages to individual riders as part of our business.

We want all our clients to feel that we value and support them equally in their equestrian endeavours, and want everyone to feel assured that they are all getting the same dedicated care.

However we would love to support our local equestrian community by sponsoring classes at local events. If you have an event and are looking for sponsors, please contact us.

Do you offer reproductive services?

We do not offer reproduction services at Cape Equine Veterinary Services, though we can attend foals in the field as part of our emergency service.

We believe in practicing your passion, and so are happy to recommend some colleagues who have a passion for all things breeding.

Do you offer gastroscopes?

At the moment, we don’t possess a mobile gastroscope to be able to perform gastroscopes in the field. We hope this will change in the future, but at this stage we are only able to offer gastroscopes by partnering with our friends at Randlab Veterinary Medicines by doing sponsored gastroscopy days!
